1st step : Telephone and e-mail exchanges to check whether molded cellulose meet the client’s needs. If it does, an estimate is sent out within 5 days.

2nd step : Meeting with the client to analyze and understand the constraints surrounding his product (logistics, storage, transport) which are then included in the client’s specifications.

3rd step : Ecofeutre’s final offer is sent within 5 days.

4th step : Upon signing a contract, a prototype in 3D is made. A custom-made “footprint” to validate the product bulkiness may be made at an extra cost of between 300 to 1,000 euros.

5th step : Validation of the prototype and agreement to make the molds for the production.

6th step : Launching of a pre-run in cellulose.

7th step : Production begins.

It takes approximately 6 to 10 weeks to complete a project.

Note: the manufacturing of the molds requires a minimum of 3 weeks.
