- the CAO of the product to be protected and, if possible, a sample of the product.
- an estimate of the quantity to be produced.
- the form presently used
- the reasons why you wish to change materials to protect your form.
- your test requirements in terms of drop, etc.
- the list of constraints your product is subject to.
